Hepyeni is a service design project that aims to enhance second-time usage by allowing users to include in the lifecycle of the product from different points and encourages circular design along with a sustainable future.

We defined the goal statement to provide a roadmap to design solution.

Brainstorming

We generated a wide range of ideas and potential solutions to our design challenge. We did mind mapping by using sticky notes.

After realizing that some of the ideas would not be feasible, we eliminated these ideas.
